To cancel a domain, you need to go to 'My domains' in your control panel. You need to select the 'Administrate domain'.
You'll see a tab called 'Auto renewal', if you click this you can press the button 'Deactivate auto renewal'.
When you click this button, the domain will not be renewed anymore. So when you receive the invoice for the domain you don't need to pay this, and the domain will be cancelled by itself.
